we ship our products within the united states and to apo/fpo addresses.

your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. if you place an order for an item that is on backorder, your package will ship when all items in your order are available to ship together.
what is your flat-rate shipping charge?
we charge a flat-rate shipping and handling fee of $9 to the continental united states. our glass bottles and heavy items require extra care and packaging to ensure safe shipping to your door. in fact, $9 does not cover all our shipping and handling fees, but we don’t believe you should pay the total shipping and handling charge. we strive to make our costs as fair as possible.

the shipping charge to alaska and hawaii is $16.
where else may i purchase these products?
if you are in the new york city area and prefer to purchase a bottle of ssäm sauce in person, you may do so at momofuku noodle bar, ssäm bar, ma peche, fuku, and fuku+ as well as at all whole foods market locations in nyc and brooklyn. our cookbooks and totes are also available at momofuku noodle bar. ssäm sauce is also available in washington dc at momofuku ccdc.
how does momofuku market ship my order?
we ship our products using fedex smartpost. you will receive a tracking number when your package is en route, and the last leg of your package’s journey is handled by the united states postal service. transit times depend on shipping location. we expect most packages to arrive in 5-10 days.
may i pay for my order with a momofuku gift card?
at this time, we do not accept gift cards on momofuku market.

what is your return policy?
we are unable to accept shipped returns or process exchanges of food or merchandise. if your order arrived incorrect, defective, or damaged, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt of product to receive a refund or replacement. we require an order number or proof of purchase to process this request.
